This is a 1981 Camaro Z28 T-Top that i got when i was 16 and me and my father restored and got it finished when i turned 18. When i got it, it needed a total restoration. We started out by sending the body to a neighbors shop to get perfected and it did returning in beautiful ppg starlight black. We then ordered factory stripes from Phonenix graphics and installed them. We redone the interior in our basement over winter. The interior is mostly stock appearing except for the stereio which i installed a sony sound system. I sanded and repainted the factory wheels with dupilicolor semi gloss black paint for a factory look. Under the hood i installed a gm performance parts crate 350 backed by a rebuilt and 350 turbo trans and a factory 410 gear out back. The engine is fed by a edelbrock carb and intake and has summit headers and a 2.5 inch flowmaster exhaust. I installed many chrome accesories under the hood to dress up the motor and underneath i cleaned and painted with duplicolor semi gloss black as well to make it show quality. Even though it is slick underneath i still drive it any chance i get on the weekends. If you also look at a 1981 chevrolet dealer catalog this is the paint scheme and interior color combo used as the 1981 camaro feature car. IT has been restored for 3 years now and it still looks as good as it did the day we finished it. I love my car and i thank my dad for all he done to help me get it and restore it.
