I bought my 1977 Harley FLH as a rolling chassis/basket case after it had been sitting about 15 years.I refinished it using Dupli-Color Metalcast ground coat silver and Metalcast red, along with clear urethane and two sizes of Old School Flake. I turned 21 in 1977, and remember the styles well. The bike has tons of chrome, so I decided to do it '70s show bike gaudy when it came time for paint! I bought it from my friend, John Nash, who'd started rebuilding it in 1993, then he had a major heart attack. He sold it to me in 2007. He died a few days later. I added an "In Memory of John Nash" decal to the rear fender. Thanks, John.
